“I had such a fond experience with the staff at CBI. Physio, massage, gym... I was well taken care of. The staff is experienced and make you feel part of a family. This is one of those nova scotian places where diverse personalities work in harmony with the same goal : their patients. Over 6 months, they helped me find my path to rehabilitation. “I highly recommend Jonathan Thomas as a physiotherapist. I injured my knee and was in significant pain when I first saw him. Jonathan took the time to properly diagnose my condition — he was patient, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Unlike my past experiences, Jonathan never rushed the appointment. He spent time with me and used a variety of treatment techniques, including ultrasound, laser therapy, and dry needling (which I wasn’t a big fan of at first, but it was very effective). He also provided clear, detailed exercises for me to do at home, which played a major role in my recovery. I would also like to recognize Morgan, the physiotherapist assistant, who was extremely helpful throughout my treatment. She was attentive, supportive, and always made sure I was comfortable during each session. Thanks to their excellent care, my knee pain is now almost completely gone.
