“Called the dental clinic after hours and was directed to call dentist on call for emergency. Spoke to the dentist Raymond Teng and he told me to call the clinic on Monday for emergency appointment. When I arrived for my appointment they refused to see me even though the dentist said he would see me. This is the only dental clinic around, we have no choice but to see him, but they won’t see you when you do show up! Poor people don’t deserve teeth do we?”

“This was the best dental experience I've had in my life by far. It was painless and so quick! The staff, as well as, the dentist who worked on me were very kind and gentle. I came on vacation and managed to chip my tooth, I got in the next day AND got a filling that day as well. I was amazed how fast I was able to get in, and get fixed up!”

“I have been going to Dr Tang for years and only problems are with front office staff they get billing mixed up and communication is lacking. Some nurses that I know and other businesses had sane problem with over billing or not following instructions on types of appts and bookings. Otherwise it's been okay”

“I was on holiday in BC, on the ferry from Prince Rupert to Port Hardy when I cracked a molar. I called into this dentist on the off chance that I could get an emergency appointment. I had about an hour before I had to take the bus to Nanaimo. Lucky for me, they were willing and able to fit me in. Dr Harry Tang was excellent. Indeed everyone at the practice was very friendly and offered a first class service.”
