Online booking is available for your initial visit only. All follow-up visits must be scheduled by contacting our office.
Please text, call 403-783-3481 or email us. While you can view availability online, all follow-up appointments must be scheduled through our team to ensure the best care with our doctors.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our intake form. Please complete it before your appointment or arrive 20 minutes early to fill out in-person forms in the office.
⏳ Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
To ensure we can offer timely care to all our practice members, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Changes made within 24 hours may result in a full appointment charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
