“Had urinary tract infection 2 weeks ago. Gave me antibiotics. Still have infection trying to get another appointment. It is unbelievable 30 minutes on hold. I guess the only way is maybe go there in person. Maybe I might be lucky and get an appointment”

“I want to say thank you for offering appointments even if I had to book online. This past week I had a problem with my ear, the nurse asked me the right questions to understand what the problem was and the doctor was right. My ears were filled with water. I was prescribed a nasal spray which I have been using since Thursday but I want to say thank you for seeing me when you can. My doctor recently retired but I did go online and register for a new doctor and I hope that I get one at this clinic Again thank you so much ☺️”Read moreShow less

“Almost impossible to get an appointment with our family doctor. My wife was injured and they kept hanging up the phone as soon as you call without even answering. When I finally did talk to someone and I explained that we need an injury looked at she told me to call back some other time when she's not busy. “Horrible experience. I need an urgent diagnosis for my throat which is causing excruciating pain and they said they only take appointments. I asked if there are any cancellations and they told me to check the website myself because they won’t do it for me.
