“Mixed experience with the doctors, but the front desk is an absolute disaster. The first doctor I saw rushed through the appointment without asking questions. However, the second doctor was wonderful, explained everything clearly, and wrote up the notes I needed. Unfortunately, the administrative staff completely failed. The doctor handed them my notes to email to me. They told me to leave and promised to send them. They didn't. I called multiple times throughout the day, got nothing but excuses, and now they are closed and I still don't have my medical documents. This isn't the first time they've ignored requests or sent things to the wrong email. To top it off, the receptionists are highly unprofessional. When they answer the phone, they just say 'Hello' instead of identifying the clinic, leaving you wondering if you called a private cell phone. Good luck getting your actual medical paperwork from this place.”

“Extremely poor follow up by the staff. I had some lab work done 2 months ago and still haven’t heard back from anyone about the results. I called RCH to confirm they sent the results to the clinic and the doctor, then called Polycan 4 separate times and emailed them twice to ask if they received my results, but nobody could give me an answer or bother calling back when they could. Disappointed, as my experience had been quite positive up until this point. Patient of Dr. Ogo”

“They updated their schedule and changed a phone number without any notice, and both phone numbers don't work. During one of the visits I had to wait for 1.5 hour for my appointment only to find out that they are too busy to have me today. For prescripted medication doctor told me that next time there is no need for appointment, that request could be done via pharmacy - it was not true. It's been three days of failed communication (no response from the clinic side) before I could reach them in person and ask about that. Recommend only if you lack unhappy surprise in your life”

“This office will rip you off at every opportunity. Beware watch for double fees, she will charge you even if she's already getting paid through insurance. Made an appointment to make sure what I needed could be done, went to follow up appointment with all the right things. Office manager tried to triple charge me for the service and then said that they don't do it when I called out her scam. I did all the right things, confirmed prior and made the appointment at the direction of the doctor.”

“I had appointment chiropractor Dr William Chan. He was late for 15min. I just wondering he is real chiropractor or fake. I never get like this chiropractic in Canada. And room was very dirtyand something smelly. It is not clinic it is garbage. Please don’t go there. They are just make easy money.”

“Worst experience ever. I have been trying to get in touch with them for days to reschedule my appointment due to cancellation of my flight. They never reply emails nor phone calls. And i went to there clinic today, tried to explain to them, they just tried to ignore me and ask me to leave. No customer service at all. I left the clinic with no solution, they won't refund the deposit even though they didn't even care to mention that before i made the appointment. The only way is to make another appointment online which means they can just keep collecting people's deposit and not helping them reschedule, or not helping at all.”
