“Receptionist delivered excellent customer service and there's no waiting. I'm very grateful to have Dr. Patel to look after my mom. She is patient and attentive taking the time to address the eye problem and suggested appropriate treatment.”

“If you're looking for a new eye care centre, Polaris Eye is fantastic! Dr. Yew was very understanding of my eye issues, and correcting my lenses, and vision. She was very thorough, kind and listened to my questions with excellent options. Highly recommend Dr. Yew, and her team! I will be back to have my daughter's glasses corrected as well. “The new clinic looks amazing, clean, modern, and very spacious. I’ve been going to Polaris since 2021 at their previous locations, I’m really happy they’ve finally settled into a more permanent space. The service is always excellent. “I had an incredible experience at Polaris Eye Care. I had an exam with Dr. Patel. She was thorough in the examination and also talked through what she was looking for, what she was seeing, and what it could mean - making sure to make some of the more medical concepts relatable and easy to understand. She was friendly and had positive energy. The appointment started on time so there was no delays or waiting. Communication was also quick and clear in the lead up to the appointment. “I was impressed with the entire team at Polaris Eye care. The check-in was smooth, the wait was minimal, and Dr. Yew was both very professional and kind. She completed my eye exam efficiently. She explained to me the result in details and gave me proper advice for keeping my eyes healthy. The clinic was small, but those equipment looked advanced, modern and well organized.
