“Reception emailed me with times and dates available for booking to which I responded promptly, yet they never responded to my email or phone calls. Very unprofessional and a waste of your time”

“Went on the website read reviews for Dr Hughes and felt comfortable in seeing him. I went through the online booking but it with held information like pricing until after you enter all your information that's not equitable so I phoned the office. Dr Hughes had many many open appointments online. I was told he would not take a new patient neither would Dr Jennings. So they effectively force you to the remaining doctor. Last time I checked I am still a paying customer and the person I felt comfortable with was Dr Hughes. I was not even aware of the other doctor. I will not be forced into a situation like this so I will find other services elsewhere. In the medical field this happens all to often these days where the patient isn't given the respect of a paying patient. The money only ever comes from one place via MSP or a cash purchase such as this. From the patient's is where the money comes from and manipulation such as this is unacceptable.”Read moreShow less

“The front of house staff have excellent customer service skills, are knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. I give the highest of praises to Ben who went above and beyond and helped me sort out my glasses after multiple visits and found the right prescription and had them ready within days. I unfortunately can not say the same for the actual optometrist that messed up my prescription not once but twice (severely) . I would recommend seeing one of the more senior Dr's as they seem to have excellent reviews and may not be so flustered.”Read moreShow less

“I was recommended to Dr. Jennings at PocoVisionCare for dry eye syndrome. My eyes were so terribly red, sore, dry and light sensitive. I had been on and off prescription steroid drops for months. The detailed assessment of my eye condition, included tests to determine exactly where the problem lay, was amazing. I had enough tears in my eyes but my oil glands were only functioning minimally. After 4 pulsed light treatment therapy, and my at home eye care regime. I am proud to say my eyes feel and look great. They both keep up- to-date with eye-care, providing me with the best possible treatments for my eye issues, which include dry eye after cataract surgery.
