“Today is my second visit to Plane Tree physiotherapy. I ‘ve found Ket very confident in making his assessment of the pain in my left leg and hip area, and I agree with his diagnosis of the cause of pain which originates from the back due to degeneration . He taught me exercises to stretch my back and leg and I found them helpful. He is willing to listen and patient with his explanation, also provides good suggestions. “Ket Lu is very professional and efficient. I went for an evaluation session for my lower back pain. He gave me a thorough examination in a very efficient manner. Then he made the diagnosis and explained in detail what causes my back pain in front of a drawing of the spine. He suggested measures to improve my condition and explain how each measure will help. After 3 months of visiting doctors, chiropractor and message therapist, he is the first one who gave me such a comprehensive understanding of what causes my back pain and the key change in life style I need to take. Lu has many years of invaluable experience and offers a wide variety of beneficial therapies including accupuncture, massage, and TENS- to name but a few. He provides a comprehensive, professional, client-centered approach; with great attention to detail. His expert knowledge of anatomy and physiology further contributes to his provision of exemplary, compassionate, individualized care. Kets' assistant/receptionist Amy is also well-versed. She bills car and/or private insurance(s) directly so that their clients can focus on recovery avoiding any additional/unnecessary hassles. “I had seen Ket during the pandemic in 2020-2021 when I had a badly pinched nerve. He rehabilitated me completely. I am seeing him once again for neck pain due to bad posture. He is so helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate and discusses other ways to help me outside of just exercise and he is so very kind. I will always go to him for my aches and pains. “In 2010 I had cervical spine surgery which resulted in me losing the use of my hand. After 16 months of seeing 2 other physiotherapist, I tried Ket. He was able to gradually restore the use of my hand, provided tools and exercises for me to do at home. Over the years I have seen him whenever I have had different issues with my upper and lower back. Appointments are easy to get, he is flexible and his receptionist is very accommodating.
