“Jen is incredible. After 8 weeks of bed rest and several diagnoses and multiple hospital visits for excruciating back pain with little improvement, Jen got to the root of my problem with 10 minutes of assessing me and I walked out of our first appointment with relief that no medication had provided. “Getting physiotherapy at Pinpoint Health has changed my life! I have been through many physiotherapists and Jennifer's quality of care shines above all others practices. She is incredibly kind and passionate about her work. She frequently invests time into getting more training and credentials so she can take better care of her patients, and the building is filled with state-of-the-art equipment. I had severe sciatic pain and I was beginning to lose hope of recovering. I was juggled between my doctor and different physiotherapists for 4 months and nothing helped me make notable progress until I went to this practice. After my first appointment, I saw significant progress within the first week! I thought this injury was going to become chronic, but now I have gotten my life back because of this place. Jennifer is passionate about her work and it reflects in every aspect of the practice. She gives very detailed assessments so that you understand your injury and how to heal it. She is incredibly thorough and gives you all the tools you need to ensure you aren't re-injuring yourself. Her treatment plans are easy to follow and she always takes the time to answer questions with great detail. Her level of knowledge and experience are very comforting and it is notable the moment you meet her. I wouldn't recommend any other practice now that I've been here. If you're looking to get an injury fixed up, bring yourself here and you will be in good hands! Thank you Jennifer and Pinpoint Health Team, you saved my life! “I went to Jen with chronic plantar fasciitis pain for shockwave therapy. She was very gentle, kind with me, provided the best treatment and advice for orthotics and shoes. I also got my custom orthotics from them recently and they are excellent. At the end of the treatment, my pain reduced to a very large extent and am very grateful to Jen and her staff for their help. “Wonderful & effective! I always appreciate the attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the my body and stretching or massaging based on what my needs are. This has always been a benefit and has definitely helped my pain points feel better. My experience here always feels therapeutic and would provide lasting results. I recently returned with back & neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and my therapist's technique and deep tissue massage has already started to make a difference. This is a very clean establishment and the staff are friendly, hard working and always offer great professional service. “I am a long term patient (on and off) at PinPoint Health Maple clinic. I was recently treated by both Dr. Sal Viscomi and Dr. Julia Viscomi and my injury has now recovered. They are both very talented at what they do, thoughtful, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. The receptionist staff, particularly Pam are all very helpful and thoughtful. There is a very nice work atmosphere at the clinic which is clearly a result of both Sal and Julia Viscomi caring approach.
