“After trying more than a dozen massage therapists over the past decade, I can confidently say that my recent session with Kasra Saifi was truly exceptional. He is a highly professional & experienced therapist who genuinely cares about helping people like me who live with chronic pain. Before the massage began, Kasra took the time to understand my concerns and discuss the areas that needed attention. What followed was one of the most relaxing and effective massages I've ever had. I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility, with much less pain and stiffness afterward. He has an incredible ability to identify muscle knots and applies just the right amount of pressure depending on the area being treated. I'm so glad I booked a 90-minute session—it still felt like it went by far too quickly! What truly sets Kasra apart is his willingness to listen without making me feel discouraged or as though my condition was hopeless. He treats his clients with genuine compassion and respect. As a senior, I especially appreciated the kindness and courtesy he showed me—qualities that seem increasingly rare these days. Overall, Kasra is the best massage therapist I have come across, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and relaxing massage experience.”

“Gio Avvenente was my physiotherapist, he is amazing therapist, very professional, nice and respectful but most importantly knowledgeable. He not only knows what type of exercise your injury needs but he explains the reason of the exercise and talk about the affected area in order to understand the pain in your body I saw him in Vaughan and Maple locations both centres are really good. “Come see Dr Chung when you come in. They work wonders and perform magic when you come in. He does a great job of explaining what he is going to do and the whys of what he is doing. This was my First time ever getting a chiropractic adjustment and my neck, upper and lower back have not felt this good in years. The office and staff are very friendly and courteous they helped with insurance! The rooms are really clean Thank you to everyone.”
