My physiotherapist took the time to understand my issue and created a clear, personalized treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and each session was focused on my progress. “The staff at Pinnacle are very receptive and helpful. My sessions there were with Ahmad who provided superior guidance, information and feedback miles ahead of any of the other facilities I have attended in the past 15 years.”

“From the minute I arrived the priority was using up my coverage as fast as possible. They repeatedly double booked my appointments so staff wasn't available, the staff aren't knowledgeable anyways, and they regularly booked followup appointments without my knowledge, I'd get a reminder text/email for appointments I didn't make and have to call and cancel them and they'd try and talk me into coming anyways, just ridiculous... When I told them I had enough and would rather sort something out with another place they started calling my emergency contact number trying to book future appointments. “One of the best physio therapy clinics in the Windsor region. I have been using their services for years. I went through my triceps tendon rupture therapy with one of their physio therapist Devon and she was beyond amazing. “I just recently finished physio after a total knee replacement. I had some complications, because of some medications I was taking, that delayed the progress I was expecting.
