“Erin is amazing! If you need a physio, I’d 100% recommend her. She’s kind, easy to talk to, incredibley smart and patient (with multiple years as a strength and conditioning coach behind her). She does a great job of balancing proper rest to heal your injury, then rehab, but also heavy focus on strength training later on to prevent re-injury. She keeps you active throughout your rehab and progressing so you can get back to your normal activities (and sports) safely. Her background in strength and conditioning is a valuable asset! she’s great at providing variation in exercises (avoids boredome in repetitive exercises), giving helpful cues, and building your strength back up. She is honest about your prognosis and timelines for re-entrey into sport. You’d be hard-pressed to find a better physio!”Read moreShow less

“I saw Alison for a chunk of sessions in 2025 and found her assessment to be thorough and treatment to be effective. I wanted some support for nervous system regulation and always left her treatment room feeling relaxed and supported. Her energy is extremely welcoming which I appreciated. Additionally, as a physio myself, I noticed she has a really good eye for things such as holding patterns, posture and impressive palpation skills which was really important for me to work on some musculoskeletal based injuries with her as well. Would highly recommend working with Alison!”Read moreShow less

“Alison is a kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable practitioner. I brought my 2 year old daughter in, as she had been suffering from food related allergies that manifests in uncomfortable eczema for over a year. At points her eczema had been so bad that she would scratch until open wounds occurred. We had tried everything from OTC steroids, cutting out trigger foods, adding probiotics, vitamin D, and omega 3 oils, and managing symptoms through multiple lotions and balms. The biggest issue was that even if my daughter had a very small amount of a trigger food, her eczema would flare up and would take weeks to calm down again. As we are from our of province, I only took my daughter to see Alison once while visiting family in the area. Alison explained to me the body's histamine response and gave me alist of foods that are histamine promoting, and histamine reducing. She did some acupuncture on my daughter and was incredibly gentle. Afterwards, my daughter's skin cleared up significantly. It has been 4 months since we've seen Alison and she hasn't had any issues with eczema since, even with being exposed to trigger foods. I wouldn't hesitate to see Alison again or recommend her to others looking for a knowledgeable and patient centered practitioner.”Read moreShow less
