“I had a frustrating experience with a crown that never fit properly despite multiple visits and adjustments over several months. I couldn’t eat on that side the entire time, and the issue was never resolved. After switching dentists, the problem was fixed in one session with a different treatment. Given the amount of time and money spent, this was disappointing. Communication was also quite minimal and felt impersonal. The hygienist at this place is great, cleaning sessions were always solid.”
