“I recently found this clinic after tolerating rotator cuff pain for over 4 months. The clinic is well run, efficient and organized. Every appointment I went to was prompt, I never had to wait for any of them. Never even got to sit in a waitroom chair. I was lucky enough to be seen by their Physio, Yogi. Yogi was attentive, thorough and very professional. Her bedside manner is exemplary. My pain went from a vey high level to barely there in less than a month, and I am able to carry on managing the issue at home. Truly thankful to the entire group for their efforts.”Read moreShow less

“Horrible and unprofessional practice Reseach a better physiotherapist clinic.Taking advantage of the government funding program by completely ignoring the patients and their needs. The receptionist has a terrible tone and she should not have a job communicate with the public. Will not be returning nor would I recommend this clinic. BEWARE! “As a recipient of hip replacement surgery I didn’t find what they were doing to be effective for me. The 2nd visit, where the assistant pressed down hard on my thigh, was extremely painful as my knee also has osteoarthritis. Then I waited some time for assistant to come back to me after I completed one of the back exercises (as she was busy with another patient doing the same thing).”Read moreShow less

Her Care and Service is unparalleled and cannot be compared!!! “I’ve had three major surgeries in the past 13 months and had physiotherapy at three different places in Pickering. This is by far, my best experience. If asked, this is the place I’d recommend to anyone. From the location, the cleanliness, the friendly receptionists and the rest of the staff, all top notch. Thank you all so much for your excellent care especially Yogi. Your knowledge, professionalism, concern and friendliness made every visit a pleasure. “I would definitely not recommend this place for physiotherapy after an injury…at least not with Yogita. I came here after my surgery on both my right hand and right foot, both broken from a fall. Although the bones are healed they are still very tender. Yogita was very rough with the treatment and it was quite painful, even after I asked her to please be more gentle. I found her rude, uncaring and lacking empathy. Furthermore, she saw me all of 7 minutes, left me in the care of someone else and although she was still around never once asked how I was doing… in fact totally ignored me. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the fact that during my visit I was only receiving treatment half the time….the other half I was just waiting.”Read moreShow less
