“I had two different injuries—my Achilles tendon and my calf muscle—and received excellent treatment from Dr. Sagardeep Patel and his amazing team at Physio 3. The care I received included deep tissue massage, acupuncture, hot and cold therapy, and ultrasound treatments. Dr. Sagardeep Patel’s knowledge and technical skills are truly outstanding. Thanks to him, I was able to fully recover and return to work. The whole team is incredibly well-organized, professional, and super friendly. Their patience and dedication to helping patients heal quickly and safely really stood out. If you’re injured and want a fast, effective recovery, I highly recommend Physiotherapy 3—it’s the best! “How can I find words to express the gratitude I feel for this facility? After a horrific car accident I have seen such hopeful progress in my recovery & rehabilitation. With a combination of acupuncture, heat, current, cupping, as well as Kinesiology and exercises geared to your specific needs & so much more. Feeling comfortable & cared for makes healing in all areas just come together so effortlessly & this is what Sag, Jordan and the entire staff have done for me. Every visit I leave feeling closer & closer to myself again. “Physio III is a top tier clinic. I’ve been to several Physio clinics over the years and this has definitely been the best clinic. The staff is excellent and I have made the most progress in terms of improving my wellness as well as having very educative sessions. Sag, Jordan & Linda are all great. Would definitely recommend if experiencing any issues as you would be in great hands!”

“Sag originally was seeing just my mom for physio and continues to see her and has done an amazing job helping her. When I started having major issues with my back she recommended I see him and spoke to him for me and he immediately was able to get me in for an appointment. Since then Sag and his team have been a HUGE help and part of the reason why I have been able to deal with the pain so well. He is very knowledgeable, understanding and caring. He puts in the time and effort to better not only my health but my family members as well. Not only does he now see my mom and I regularly but he has also seen my dad and grandma for their back pain as well and they’ve improved after seeing him just a few times. EVERYTIME I’m in he always asks how everyone is doing and goes out of his way to make sure I receive the treatment that I need. Not only do him and his team help with physio treatment at appointments such as acupuncture, laser etc but also provides exercises and tips on what todo while at home to manage the pain which is a huge help. They are the most supportive team and anytime any of us need an appointment fast due to pain that happens suddenly they are so efficient and quick to book us in. We hope they know how much we appreciate them and how thankful we are to have such a wonderful physiotherapist and thankful for the team he has that have helped us so immensely especially myself. Definitely recommend them 100%!!!”
