“I’ve worked with trainers in the past, but this experience has honestly been on another level. What really stands out is his physio knowledge & background—it makes such a difference. Every exercise has a purpose. Marty is constantly watching your form, making small corrections that have a huge impact, and ensuring you’re getting the most out of every session. The private, one-on-one setting is something I didn’t realize I needed until now. No crowded gym, no distractions —just a calm, focused space where it’s all about your workout and your progress. Marty’s completely present the whole time, always encouraging , and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. “I am in Owen Sound for the holidays and have been dealing with a back problem. My doctor recommended physiotherapy, so I went to a clinic today. Unfortunately, the receptionist was very rude. She said, “I can’t understand you, you have a very strong accent.” First time someone said this thing to me…… I tried to help by asking if she was French so she could understand better, but she said no. Another staff member, Pankti, who was sitting next to her, understood me very well and helped me professionally. “I broke my collarbone during a July 2025 cycling accident. I didn't have private coverage and went to Physio 3 in Owen Sound for 4 visits, all covered by OHIP. Glen managed my care. He related well, and developed an exercise program that worked for me. He never appeared rushed and gave me the time and care I needed. Between my wife and I, we have visited Physio 3 for 5 different issues over the last 10 years.
