“Nichol has helped me with issues in my shoulder and hip. She is able to make sense of what is causing my pain and giving me constructive methods for dealing with these pains. That includes easy to understand exercises. Nichol also has introduced me to needling which I believe had assisted my recovery. All done with a pleasant and possitive attitude .
