“Today I had an initial appointment with Emily to address some pain in my leg after hip replacement last year and also heel pain and swelling. Emily was very compassionate and listened to my concerns about pain and mobility. She went above my expectations for a first visit with a physio therapist. Especially since I do not have any medical coverage and concerns with the cost of physio. Emily took me through some exercises I can do at home ,even if I don't return for more visits. My visit didn't seem like a money grab ! I booked again for two weeks and feel confident these visits will be worthwhile for my health and mobility. Emily gave me hope and confidence that I may continue to recover and remain pain free ! Thank you so much Emily ! I appreciate you! ❤🥳💐”

“Alex was great! He was patient and reassuring, especially when I was getting discouraged with flare ups with my back/leg pain. I never felt rushed in an appointment. He also explained everything thoroughly and asked for consent before helping me with stretches in clinic and checked in multiple times which was appreciated. He has great knowledge and always has a great attitude. My back and leg are feeling so much better now. Thank you thank you for your help :)”
