“An Exceptional and Heartwarming Experience with Dr. Sakeenah Ameen and Nurse Insia "I visited the Aafiyat Center today for an iron infusion. Although the procedure couldn’t be completed successfully due to my own difficult and fragile veins, the experience left a lasting impression on my heart, all thanks to the incredible team there. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the main doctor, Dr. Sakeenah Ameen. She is incredibly nice, deeply caring, and highly supportive. Her professional guidance and reassuring presence make patients feel completely safe and valued. A very special thanks to nurse Insia, who treated me not just as a patient, but with the warmth, love, and care of an elder sister. My veins were giving a really hard time and collapsing repeatedly, but Insia never lost her patience. She tried her absolute best with utmost gentleness. What touched me the most was her pure kindness; she kept apologizing sincerely, even though it wasn't her fault at all. Her empathy and comforting words completely took away my anxiety. Dr. Sakina Ameen and Nurse Insia make an amazing, compassionate team. It is extremely rare to find healthcare professionals who possess this level of humanity and dedication. “This was my first time visiting Aafiyat Medical Centre with my baby, and I had an excellent experience. The staff were welcoming, kind, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. “I had a walk-in appointment today at the clinic to see Dr. Nazir, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk ladies were absolutely wonderful. Riddhi and Khadijah were so kind, friendly, and helpful. They accommodated me so easily even though it was a walk-in, and they made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. A big thank you to both of them! Dr. Nazir was fantastic. He took the time to give me a very thorough explanation of what was going on, answered all my questions patiently, and really made sure I understood everything. He prescribed medication that already seems to be working well, which is such a relief. I felt truly taken care of. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Nazir and this team! The most important thing is that she gives honest advice that actually suits you, not just trying to sell services, and that made me feel very comfortable. “finding a family doctor who actually listens is rare these days, so I’m willing to put up with the wait here. I saw Dr. Baig recently, and I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough she was—she didn't rush me out the door like my last clinic. The facility on Platinum Drive is super modern and clean, which is a nice bonus. The only minor thing is the front desk; it can be a struggle to get through on the phone, and I still waited about 40 minutes past my appointment time.
