“Had an incredible massage with Simon Dayan recently. I'm recovering from an acute lumbago and wanted a deep tissue massage that released stress around, but not close to the area of injury that is healing. Simon's easy-going, attentive, collaborative, gentle and informative approach blew me away. This is not easy with deep tissue massage, but Simon's intelligent and highly informed approach slowly unlocked fantastic results. Highly recommend, and I already have booked my next appointment. “I am posting this late, but better late than never! I injured my knee pretty bad while hiking a very windy and snowy mountain ridge (sparing the details). I could barely walk afterwards. I immediately searched for a physio and was happy to find this well rated clinic really close to home. Turns out the reviews were right all the way! I fully recommend Physio Solution Active. More below! Mr. Nguyen did an absolutely amazing job. I went from thinking I would have limited mobility with my knee for the rest of my life to 100% recovery. He was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and attentive. Within about 8 weeks I was able to walk with ease again. I had to take it slow for a few months but I eventually completely recovered. I did get an MRI in the beginning and I was lucky that nothing was fractured or broken, no torn ligaments either. But a really bad sprain that hurt like hell and impaired me. And I certainly found the right place to help me with that! Anyway, all that to say that Mr. Nguyen was a great Physiotherapist, he took notes all through the process to track my evolution, gave me simple yet very effective exercises to do at home. He was also just very kind and patient. Couldn't have asked for more! On that, I 1000% recommend this clinic. “My daughter and I have been clients for a while now, and I highly recommend this place! Special thanks to therapists Maria and Kalem, who have made a significant difference in our lives. I came in with lower back pain due to a hernia and later with a pinched nerve in my shoulder, while my daughter has been dealing with scoliosis. We received not only effective special exercises but also recommendations on the equipment tailored to help with our issues.
