“As someone who does a ton of sports/activities and has dealt with several injuries and lots of wear and tear, I can honestly say Tanya is hands down the best physiotherapist I've been to (and I've seen my fair share of physio people). First off, Tanya really knows her stuff. The fact that she plays sports I feel really gives her an edge in understanding how to treat a patient. The sessions are attentive and complete. She doesn't leave you midway to go check on another client like the big chains do. Finally, the follow up is excellent in that she maps out the exercises that you need to do at home, even emailing you the diagrams. Top notch service from A-Z. “Fantastic physiotherapist! It's easy to book appointments online. The treatment and therapy is very effective, and I really liked that Tanya sent me videos of the exercises I had to do (specifying the number of sets and reps). Very helpful.”
