I want to give a big thank you to the team at Physio Sense on Dorchester in Niagara Falls. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness and genuine care. Amber at the front desk is always welcoming, friendly, and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She keeps everything running smoothly and always greets you with a smile, which makes a bigger difference than she probably realizes. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Ana for the care, support, and dedication she’s shown throughout my recovery. Ana has been amazing to work with, and the help I’ve received from her has meant more than she probably knows. Both Amber and Ana have helped me in ways they may not even realize, and they’ve played a big part in me getting better the way I am. Not only have they helped me physically, but they’ve also made every visit feel positive, encouraging, and comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and support truly make a difference, and I’m very grateful for everything they’ve done for me. Physio Sense is lucky to have such an amazing team.

I’ve been going to Physiosense since it opened and Adam has been my physiotherapist for 15 years. The best clinic. Highly recommended.

I was experiencing knee pain and sought treatment from Adam Campisano at PhysioSense. From the initial consultation onward, Adam and his team were highly professional and provided a treatment plan and training program that helped strengthen my knees and relieve the pain. I highly recommend Adam and his team.

Updated for 2026 - Still one of the best places you can go for comprehensive services of high quality. I've been going to Dan for Chiro since 2017 and I couldn't recommend him more. Isabella has also been a fantastic addition to the team and is an excellent massage therapist.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came in for treatment after an accident, at a time when I didn’t have proper coverage and was navigating the reality of pain, injury, and the difficult choices that come with it. When you’re in that position, you really start to question what self-care is worth—and when investing in yourself becomes non-negotiable. This experience completely reframed that for me. Massage therapy, especially when done by the right practitioner, is not a luxury—it’s essential care. It’s not something to cut corners on. The relief, peace of mind, and overall impact on both physical and mental well-being make it a truly worthwhile investment. Isabella is absolutely exceptional. Her skill, presence, and care made a noticeable difference, and I felt genuinely supported throughout the treatment. Finding someone this talented and professional is rare, and it makes all the difference. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone—whether you’re navigating an injury without benefits, or fortunate enough to have coverage and simply haven’t been using it. If you’re in pain, why wouldn’t you give yourself the opportunity to feel better? This place is five-star, without question. An investment in yourself that’s more than worth it.

I had an excellent experience with Physiosense. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. What really stood out was how thoroughly Adam assessed my condition—asking the right questions, actively listening to my concerns, and clearly explaining the underlying issues and treatment plan in a way that was both informative and easy to understand. Adam’s knowledge and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was to receive. I never felt rushed, and it was clear he genuinely cared about me and my comfort. I highly recommend Physiosense to anyone looking for a professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable physiotherapist.

I had a great experience at Physiosense. I came in with a lower back problems, and from the very first appointment, the team took their time to really understand what was going on. What stood out the most was how patient and thorough they were in teaching me the exercises—I never felt rushed or like I was being handed a generic plan. The workouts they gave me were surprisingly effective, and I started feeling relief much sooner than I expected. They’re not only knowledgeable but also very professional and easy to talk to. They actually listen, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to recover and not just be another number. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people get better. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with pain or injury—you’ll be in good hands.

I came here originally for a massage and ended up meeting with the physiotherapist and chiropractor after. Everyone is so friendly and the clinic is very clean and welcoming. Isabella, Adam and Dan have helped me so far with relieving my pain and I will definitely recommend my family and friends to visit. The staff is very knowledgeable and pays attention to your individual needs.

I had a heart attack right after I had a session with Adam and the staff at the physiosense clinic. While being at the hospital, I have sent an email to the clinic explaining my condition and asking to cancel my pre-booked appointment. There was no response to my message. When I called them they said they received my message and cancelled the appointment. That's it? Wouldn't it be professional to respond to my email and send me a simple Get better wish? Just to show that the health care providers care just a little bit about their clients.
