“The clinic is clean and welcoming and always warm- which is great since this winter has been freezing! Sid has been working with me on my TMJ. In September I could barely open my mouth after my TMJ disc dislocated. The treatment has been painful but it has made a huge difference in my healing journey. “Very Helpful. After slipping on sidewalk ice and injuring my hamstring muscle at the start of January this year, I have attended 2 physio sessions each week during January. My physiotherapist at Physio/ Rehab Group in Whitby, Soumya, with patience and professionalism has helped address my injury so that I am now ready to downhill ski at a mountain in Quebec for many days. “I found this location while seeking a female physiotherapist. Saumya is wonderful. She is attentive, compassionate and an expert in her field. She makes me feel very comfortable and I saw progress within the first 3 weeks. I have been receiving electrodes, therapy gun as well as the Shockwave therapy which is wonderful at targeting my injury as it is very deep. The at home exercises are emailed and printed for reference and easy to follow and do at home. The atmosphere is comparable to a spa with soothing music, newly renovated and very clean. I have been to many others that felt very busy, loud and almost industrial for their gym etc. I would highly recommend both this location as well as Saumya.”Read moreShow less

“I would highly recommend this location of PhysioRehab Group! I started working with Saumya in June and she has been fantastic! She is very thorough, really takes the time to check in with you as well as make sure you are doing all your exercises/stretches correctly. I've done physio before at a different place and found it to be more like a gym environment, versus PhysioRehab Group with Saumya feels so much more therapeutic and spa-like! “I've been one of their newest clients when PhysioRehab Group took ownership of this location. Sid is a knowledgeable Physiotherapist and has improved my neck and lower back mobility greatly. He makes you feel comfortable as well as pinpointing exactly what is needed to be done to relieve tension in your muscles.
