“So grateful this clinic opened up in the neighbourhood, as it really services our community and it's residents. Admin staff is friendly and professional, making the experience of scheduling appointments extremely easy. The space is kept clean and tidy, with a strong emphasis on good hygiene practices. Personally, I have been receiving physiotherapy treatments with Dr. Sharma for the last couple months. Her knowledge and expertise are apparent, as I always leave feeling better and stronger. She also stresses the importance of maintenance by encouraging me to keep up with my stretches and mobility exercises. “I’ve been seeing Varun for physiotherapy and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is incredibly caring, patient, and understanding, and he truly takes the time to listen. Every session, he explains everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understand what’s going on and why we’re doing each step. When I first came to him, I was in significant pain and struggling with daily activities. Thanks to his incredible work, I am now functional again and genuinely feel healed. You can tell he has a genuine passion for his work and for helping people heal. I always feel supported, never rushed, and confident that I’m in the best hands. The staff at the clinic are also wonderfully kind and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. “I’ve had such a positive experience at this clinic. Sid and his team are not only highly knowledgeable, but you can tell they’re genuinely passionate about helping their patients. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and tailor the treatment to what you need. I always feel well cared for and supported during my visits. “I was a long time patient of the clinic that used to be at the location where the Physio Rehab Group is now. This past weekend I was experiencing some neck issues so decided to book with them and have nothing but positive things to say. First of all the clinic has been refreshed/renovated and looks amazing. They have added a door from the waiting area to the treatment area which is great and provides much more privacy. From the moment I stepped in, filled the intake forms, had my assessment and therapy, through to the time I left, it could not have been a better experience. Professional, welcoming, knowledgeable…I felt comfortable heard and all my questions were addressed. I actually learned some things that no other therapist ever suggested to me. Needless to say it was all done efficiently and the appointment was on time! I am 100% going back for follow up’s. I definitely would highly recommend this new clinic.”Read moreShow less
