“I had been suffering from back pain, and Zarana provided excellent treatment and care. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my problem. “There is no better person to write this review than my son. So here we go… Abida has completely healed me from my injury in a matter of a couple weeks. It was so severe, I almost thought I would never play again. She worked with care, compassion, and her knowledge is outstanding. She genuinely cares about her patients/clients, and uses her abilities to help people get back to their physical activites. Because of her, im on the field feeling 100%, as if this injury had never happened before. “I worked with Jean for postpartum physiotherapy and she was great! I had both an acute injury and chronic hip/back pain and Jean took time to look after each area over a course of 2 months. Her appointments were easy to book and I was able to see her within a week to follow up. She was friendly, listened to my concerns and set up a comprehensive plan for my recovery. She was able to identify my poor posture and bad habits that excerbated my muscloskeletal problems and suggested ways to prevent it. It was simple advice but very effective. She started with manual manipulation, used a heating pad, ICT, and home stretching and strengthen exercises. She would make me do each exercise, tweak it to show me any adjustments I needed and then make a written list with diagrams to help remember each activity. Every week, she would build on the previous plan and if it was too much, scale down to meet my needs. I felt she took the time to understood my issues and was non judgmental. It has been 3 months since I finished physiotherapy with her and I am still using her exercises daily. She was amazing and I would see her again if needed and recommend her to my family and friends. Additionally, tthe receptionist were lovely and the massage therapy at this clinic that was great. 10/10 would recommend.”Read moreShow less

“I used PhysioON services recently after a partial ligament tear in my left knee. I had never used physio before and was nervous to go in. But from my first appointment with Jean, I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She reviewed all my X-rays, ultrasound, and MRI scans and built a weekly plan for me, guiding me step by step on what muscles we are trying to fix and how different muscle groups work in conjunction to get quick results.
