I really love coming to this physio clinic. My experience since starting treatment here 4 months ago (one or two times a week) has been nothing short of seamless They’ve taken care of all of the admin. work, and really allow you to focus on feeling and doing better. The staff here are very accommodating and warm - another patient here said it’s like going to visit friends, and the folks here really do make you feel that way. My therapist Aditi is very attentive and will meet you where you are, guiding you every step of the way - and other staff tap in to assist whenever they can, in the same way. A very special shoutout to Rommelyn, she and Aditi together are a powerhouse of a team!

A shoulder injury with mild to moderate pain especially when lifting something or raising my hand over the shoulder. Thanks to physiotherapist Priyanka who was wonderful, am feeling much much better. Very efficient staff and always taken in on time. A bit pricier than other clinics I have used but service is good.

I can’t recommend Riya enough! I came in with a really bad back and was honestly feeling pretty hopeless, but she completely turned things around for me. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to really understand what’s going on. What impressed me most was how she used a variety of different methods and techniques. Each session felt tailored specifically to my needs, and I saw real improvement faster than I expected.

All staff are very friendly. They adress me by my name and I try to remember theirs. My therapist Priyanka Priyanka has amazing healing hands. I look forward to those hand most of all. The young assistants make every effort to take care of you gently and professionally. I have had a good experience so far.

Unsanitary - do not clean the machines between sessions unless you ask specifically. They also book multiple patients at once, yet charge $90 a session. They don't seem to care for patient health at all, do not pay attention to your issues. I go in and use the machines myself with how long I wait for the physiotherapist who just wants to keep me busy by putting me on a bed with heat while she attends to other patients. She comes in a rush and doesn't even listen or pay attention to issues, stretches me a bit and tells me she'll teach me exercises and doesn't because she's is so frazzled with the other patients she has booked at the same time that she can't keep up. Literally just there for a quick dime. It's horrendous. I hate publishing negative reviews but I had the same experience with this place 4-5 times. Maybe it isn't the physiotherapist's fault she is spread so thin but the scheduler but to be honest, the physiotherapist doesn't seem to care or put in any effort either. I have had much better experiences elsewhere where the physiotherapist listens and spends the entire 45 mins with me to work with me - because that is what I'm paying for! I gave this place multiple chances but they literally only care about a quick dime and after a terrible session want to know when I'm booking next. The only reason I went multiple times is because it was near my house and flexible. I won't be wasting my money anymore since the physiotherapist literally does not care, take records of anything or have any plan for me. I can't imagine what people who have serious injuries experience here or to be at their mercy. They are so shady, unprofessional and do not care about patient health AT ALL. Their prices are high and not worth it with a million cleaner and more updated places, with physiotherapists that actually spend the time you pay for with them and care. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but 4 sessions in, I can confirm that you will literally be booked at the same time as 4-5 other patients and be kept waiting only to be met by a physiotherapist who literally could not care less about your issues and does not pay attention to you. And you have to worry about sanitation issues too. I'd rather go elsewhere. I just wish they did better but they don't even care. I've met so many good healthcare practitioners that care for my health genuinely and work with me, but the neglect and complete lack of professionalism at this place led me to write this negative review. I'd recommend going elsewhere to be honest. Waste of money and time.

All the staff are extremely friendly. I have been coming here for many years. Varinder, my physiotherapist is the absolute best. I highly recommend her to all of my family and friends and to anyone else looking for a great therapist.

I have been going to Physio Now for my lower back injury from a Motor Vehicle year ago. I must say, this is the best physio clinic i've been to. From front desk staff to Physiotherapist all are top notch. They know what they are doing! Before my visit at this clinic no one has educated me about the functions of my back muscles and how to avoid re injury. Had an opportunity to meet with Sharon who is also the clinic director, such great physiotherapist with over 30 yrs of experience. Worked with their other physiotherapist Mansi and Varinder they all have magic hands. Give them a try! Ric -

My first experience at this clinic was great. All staff were friendly and very helpful. I felt very welcomed. My treatment/therapy was with Mansi. Her techniques using suction cups were a first for me, and I liked the results. I have already recommended to a few people I know who needs treatment. Thank you to all and especially Mansi. I am very pleased 🙏👍🙌👌

Erin Mills Pysiotherapy is awesome! I’m very happy I chose this place for my recovery. The staff is very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Chandni Talreja is is a great therapist. Shes kind, caring and comforting. She has a well rounded knowledge of the muscles, bones and the body as a whole. She’s been great at explaining the kind of treatment plan I was getting for my injury. She pushes and challenges me with all of my exercises, which has been an integral part of my recovery. I am very grateful for the entire staff - the receptionists, therapists and PTAs. Thank you to everyone there for making my experience at PhysioNow a positive one. I would highly recommend this place.

Such a great place. Sharon and Joy are absolutely amazing. Whenever I walk in the door I am always greeted with a smile by them and feel as if I am coming to see friends. They show a genuine interest in you and you don't feel as though you are just a patient. The techniques they use and knowledge they have will have you feeling great in no time. I highly recommend meeting with Sharon and Joy. Thank you for all your hard work in getting me back on my feet.
