“I’ve been seeing Dr. Kat and her team regularly. The patience, care and professionalism they provide on a daily basis is unlike anywhere else I’ve been to. They genuinely care for their patients all the while they curate plans geared towards your personal goal and growth. Because of the team here I can perform heavier lifts with correct form. Found out about their services from Dr. Kat (chiro) and she spent time educating me on what services can help correct a few muscle imbalances for me and help with my chronic neck/shoulder issues.
