“I booked an appointment two days in advance for Thanksgiving, beacuse it showed that the centre is going to be open. However, the main entrance to the building is closed and the centre assumes no accountability to answer their calls to guide how to come in or inform that they are not going to take in the appointments, which they have accepted the booking for. pathetic assistance, no patient service responsibility, totally unreliable and unprofessional”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been coming here for a year now due to back issues from a car accident. They have helped so much, especially Imelda and Jane. Dr Engineer has always been helpful and quick to answer/assist with any concerns. Highly recommend.”

“If your issue is back pain, don't waste your time, money or health on this place. Be aware of their "product placement specialist" He will push needless products at you from day 1. He will tell you the insurance covers it and will tell you that he can arrange prescriptions. Make sure you get a prescription, talk to your insurance and then jump on his product. Also, if you pay an extra $25 for the cold lazer, make sure they are actually using it. They tend to conveniently forget. Lastly, if they offer you complementary session due to their forgetting to use the laser white charging you for it, make sure the session is actually complimentary. The front clerk will try to charge your insurance anyway.”Read moreShow less

“Giving it a 1 because my physiotherapist was decent. However, for my treatment which consisted of 2 parts: soft-tissue work (massage) and exercises/stretches- I’ve been waiting for that list of stretches/exercises for months! I stopped going because I didn’t want to just pay for a 30min massage and not even have access to the second half of my treatment. I’ve called so many times, sometimes asked to be called back- no call backs and still nothing in my inbox folders. The head doctor tries to cross-sell almost everything they offer- I had 2 initial consultations even after explaining my state and concerns were the same and nothing that could affect my condition happened. All to get the same treatment plan. Except with the missing second half. I only tried this place because I moved but I’ll be going back to my old place where every component, down to the receptionist, is more professional and competent. “Exceptional service, timely and friendly, making you feel extremely at home and comfortable being there. All the staff are extremely friendly and outgoing. Starting with administrator Cheryl her listening abilities with depth of knowledge of what your needs are, helps to organize and setup your first appointment. The first time I visited there, Dr. Godrej Engineer was helpful in educating me and sharing his honest recommendations for selecting the right product and sizing it accordingly. The doctors were patient and listened to my needs, even though I did not need a detailed diagnosis. Additionally, they assured me that if the products didn't fit or if sizing was an issue, they would accommodate. There was no hassle with paperwork. Furthermore, the location bills the insurer directly, and the insurer pays them directly, making the experience that much better.”Read moreShow less
