I look forward to seeing my PT Amadis every week! She is incredibly knowable, encouraging and supportive, and has helped me feel more confident trying activities that I previously hesitated to do because of pain or uncertainty. She has helped me work through some unusual leg pain I was experiencing while running, as well as improving my posture and addressing the neck and shoulder issues I was experiencing from working at a desk. Through clinical Pilates and personalized exercises, I’ve been able to become more active while staying pain-free. What I appreciate most is how motivating she is. I’m actually following through with my exercises consistently because of her encouragement and accountability, which is something I’ve struggled with in the past. She makes every session enjoyable, motivates me to keep challenging myself, and genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals. I’m so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, encouraging, and compassionate PT!

Lisa is kind and amazing! She is very attuned to clients, making the space and interactions feel exceptionally safe and calming. She is well trained in connect therapy in which she treats the whole body instead of where pain lives. This way clients get holistic care and long term healing.

Visited Allison from Physiolab Olympic Village and now here. Helped me with my mid-back pain with some very useful exercises. Also visited Oliana for massage and was very helpful with recovery with my neck and back from a MVA. Recommend!

After going to the same clinic near my old workplace for 8 years, I was looking for a clinic closer to home and I’m so glad I found Physiolab Little Mountain! I saw DaYe for an acupuncture and cupping treatment focused on my neck, shoulders, and back. Then, I returned 2 weeks later for a massage therapy session with Oliana for the same treatment areas. Both experiences were EXCELLENT! DaYe and Oliana were professional, skilled, kind, and made me feel very comfortable throughout each treatment. I felt relaxed during both sessions, and even fell asleep during my massage therapy treatment, which rarely happens for me! Since my treatments with DaYe and Oliana, I’ve noticed significantly less tension and stiffness in my neck, shoulders, and back. As someone who has been dealing with chronic shoulder pain from an old injury for over a decade (which has also affected my neck and lower back), these treatments with DaYe and Oliana have helped reduce my pain, stiffness, and overall tension. I highly recommend Physiolab Little Mountain and look forward to continuing my wellness journey with their team!

I've been working with Lisa for many years now, even coming to this clinic from Langley/Abbotsford. She's helped me through many injuries with care, knowledge and very specifically modifying exercises and functional movement to my body's mobility better than anyone else I've seen. Highly recommend her for your physio needs!

Allison and Sean are great physiotherapists! Allison is so knowledgeable and so observant. You can't sneak anything pass her. 😄 I am so grateful I found her. She has really helped me understand my body, it's weaknesses, and she has really helped my body become stronger. Sean is great with my teenage son. My son enjoys going to see him and he benefits by getting a good workout!

Oliana Chan is truly amazing at what she does. Her massage therapy skills are exceptional, and she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She knows exactly how to target problem areas and relieve tension. I always leave feeling refreshed and much better than when I walked in. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage experience.

I went to Jacky Au specifically for ongoing back and neck pain, and the results were excellent. He took the time to assess the issue, explained what was going on, and tailored the treatment to target those problem areas. The massage was focused, effective, and I felt noticeable relief in both my neck and back afterward. Jacky is professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the session. I highly recommend him if you’re dealing with neck or back pain and want a skilled RMT.

I went in for acupuncture with DaYe for back pain and arm/wrist pain from a typing-heavy desk job, and the treatment made a huge difference. She’s clearly so skilled, intuitive, and really present in her work and has a way of making you feel completely at ease throughout. The room, the pacing of the session, and just the way DaYe works makes the whole appointment feel relaxing and grounding. I left feeling noticeably lighter, relaxed, and genuinely rejuvenated. I also want to vouch for the owners of the clinic, Allison and Lisa. They’ve clearly nurtured a beautiful space dedicated to recovery and wellness in the Little Mountain neighborhood. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very welcoming with lots of natural lighting coming in too. I would highly recommend this clinic!

I would highly recommend Jacky as a massage therapist. My first session, he did a quick assessment and with his vast knowledge of the body, he knew exactly what I needed worked on. As an athlete, since seeing Jacky, my body has not felt better. I’ve definitely improved my fitness through the recovery through his massages. If anyone is seeking a massage, Jacky is highly recommended.
