After an injury that I needed to rehab very quickly for work, Physiohaus was recommended by a friend. Peter was my physiotherapist and what a ray of sunshine. Peter heard my concerns and my timeline and was very encouraging and supportive. Thank you for getting me back up and running!

Cheryl Richardson is a highly skilled physio therapist. Besides offering traditional physiotherapy, she is among the most proficient in the dicipline of Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) aka Dry Needling. Cheryl is very professional, skilled and most of all effective and helpful.

Absolutely perfect excellent service! My physiotherapist is Javad. He is like a magician. Every practice he gave me improve my movement right away. Of course, I have to practice them hard at home as Javad checked and test my mobility. Totally recommend! Best physio in London. They offer practice on app then easy to do at home.

I have been an extremely grateful recipient of care from Peter Hartley for a few years now. Upon retirement and years of a pretty sedentary lifestyle, Peter helped me achieve pain free status after several months of progression through a home exercise regimen. This lead to accomplishing a 30+ year dream of learning to downhill ski and spend time in the mountains out west. Additionally, he has brought me back from several injuries since then. He is very patient, enthusiastic, positive and supportive. He utilizes a team approach with his clients and is an excellent listener and diagnostician. I have referred several friends to him who have also benefitted from his expertise. He deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you Peter for providing me with an active retirement life!

I had an amazing experience at Physiohaus. Javad is a fun, friendly doctor who identified the locking issue with my knee during our first session. After the second session my knee was basically back to normal, and is now functioning without a hitch! The reception was nice and clinic is spotless. If I ever have another issue while in London I will go to Physiohaus.

Peter is a caring and very knowledgeable professional. He really wants to help people get better. He tailors exercise regimens to your specific problem, adjusts refines them as required, and he is honest and straightforward about how long it can take you to see improvement.

I moved to London in August, and before relocating, I made sure to find a physiotherapist experienced in treating the medical conditions I have. They are complex and often difficult to manage, and unfortunately some practitioners are unwilling to take them on. I found Jane after my physiotherapist in Toronto had an in-depth discussion with her about my diagnoses and what I require from treatment. We both felt she would be an excellent match — and she absolutely was. In the past six months, I have made more progress than I had in several years. My condition is not curable, and lifelong physiotherapy is necessary, but I was genuinely improving. I do not believe I would have progressed the way I did without Jane’s care. Unfortunately, the clinic owner — who has never met me or spoken with me — stated that there had been no progress in my treatment. Last week, I partially dislocated my shoulder and contacted the clinic for an appointment. I was initially offered one for the following day. A few minutes later, I received another call informing me that I could not attend that appointment because I required a new assessment. This was confusing and distressing, as one of the primary reasons I chose this clinic was its experience treating Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Because of previous medical trauma, which included being denied access to care for extreme pain for 5 years due to having Ehlers Danlos, I became upset and raised my voice when I was told I could not receive care at a time when I urgently needed it. I got scared and I apologized for this right away. However, I did not say or do anything that warranted being discharged from the clinic. Despite this, I received an email from the owner discharging me from care without any opportunity to speak with her or resolve the situation. One of the reasons provided was that therapy was not working — which is simply not true. Jane and I worked extremely well together and were making meaningful progress. Living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome can be incredibly challenging. Patients with this condition are often misunderstood, gaslighted and frequently face dismissal within the healthcare system. Being told “no” repeatedly while living with severe, chronic pain is emotionally and physically exhausting and most health care providers understand this and are willing to have a conversation to try to understand at the very least. I believe I may have been discharged for raising concerns about billing, but they can't say that. I had booked my 2026 appointments at a certain rate but later discovered my Visa was being automatically charged a higher amount. I was never notified of a price increase and was not receiving invoices. I only became aware of the discrepancy when I checked online while trying to book another appointment and noticed the listed rates were higher. All I asked was to be notified — either by email or in person — if rates were increasing, and to have my Visa removed from automatic payments so I could clearly see and approve what I was being charged. People living with chronic and severe pain are human. We can become overwhelmed, especially when we feel our care is being denied. We deserve understanding and, when appropriate, second chances. It is deeply disappointing that the owner was unwilling to have a conversation or attempt to work toward a resolution. The response felt rigid and lacking compassion. Jane is incredible and it's a real shame it had to come to this. I will be mailing her a thank you card, as I feel she did her best, and likely had no control over this situation, because I highly doubt she would want me to be in the situation I find myself in now. She was compassionate and understanding and I appreciated that. While this clinic may be suitable for straightforward injuries, in my experience it may not be well suited for patients with complex chronic pain conditions — particularly those who also experience the mental health challenges that often accompany long-term pain.
