“The physiotherapist was amazing, though the receptionist was rediculously inept and took the meaning "paid by the hour" very seriously. Making a customer wait with a baby in her arms and pace (to calm the baby) while she finished a personal conversation was just beyond me. Also, the fact that I had to great her when entering the establishment and not the other way around to be let into my appointment was further away from any BASIC customer service you'd expect from a private facility.”Read moreShow less
