“I came to PhysioChiro Wellness after being diagnosed with sciatica and a bulging disc, and from day one, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, supportive, and professional. My journey started with Jaylee during my consultation. He took the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns, clearly explained what was happening with my body, and helped create a personalized treatment plan to support my recovery over the following weeks. His knowledge and compassion immediately put me at ease. I then had a physiotherapy session with Branden, a chiropractic session with Steven, and a naturopathic appointment with Rishi. Each of them was knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping me recover. Within just a week and one session with each practitioner, I noticed a remarkable improvement. When I first came in, my pain was at a 10/10 with very limited mobility. About a week and a half later, I'm feeling almost like myself again, with my pain reduced to about a 3/10 and my mobility significantly improved. The team not only treated my symptoms but also empowered me with knowledge. They provided stretches and exercises to do at home, offered valuable tips for recovery, and educated me about my bulging disc and the lifestyle changes I can make moving forward to support my long-term health and prevent future issues. I also want to recognize the amazing front desk team. Jobelle is such a positive and energetic person who always puts a smile on your face. She is fantastic at communication, accommodating schedule changes, and making every visit a pleasant experience. I'm a patient at the Vaughan location, and I absolutely love it. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine concern for patients is outstanding. From the practitioners to the front desk staff, everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and supported throughout your recovery journey. I highly recommend Physiochiro Wellness to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about helping you feel your best.”Read moreShow less

“Super friendly staff. Quickly helped identify what parts of my injuries I would need to address. Along with some stretches/workouts to do at home”

“Extremely disappointing. I was a loyal customer for over two years and collected 20 stamp cards after visiting 80 times in there clinic on their loyalty card, only to be told they won’t honor it after closing the location I used to visit which I never got any notification or email. Apparently my loyalty means nothing once it’s inconvenient for them. Shutting down a location is one thing, but refusing to honor rewards customers already earned is terrible customer service. Completely unfair and very unprofessional.”Read moreShow less

“I had such a great experience here! The doctors are very professional but also genuinely friendly, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The front desk, Jobelle is super friendly as well! They were flexible with scheduling and very patient in answering all my questions, providing accurate and helpful details.”Read moreShow less

“If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment for a general assessment and massage, expecting a professional, supportive environment. Instead, I walked into one the most unprofessional and poorly run clinics I've ever encountered. The moment I arrived, I was abruptly asked I'd brought a note from my oncologist. A note? For a massage? No, of course not. I hadn't been asked to bring one. And nothing on their website or booking confirmation mentioned this requirement. During the so called "assessment", The "Dr" appeared completely out of his depth - flustered, confused and visibly unsure of even basic anatomy. He left the room to consult with someone else and suddenly he needed an oncologist's note. At this point, it was painfully obvious this was about liability, not patient care. I've been to several acupuncturists, RMTs and practitioners throughout my treatment. Not once have I experienced this level of incompetence or lack of compassion. I drove half an hour because their website claimed they welcome cancer patients. Apparently that only applies until they actually have to treat one. The excuse I was given? The "Dr" didn't review my intake form until that morning. Yet no one had the courtesy or professionalism to notify me in advance so I could cancel and book elsewhere. Instead, they wasted my time, my energy and an opportunity to manage the side effects I experience. If this is how they handle vulnerable clients - by misleading them and scrambling to cover themselves, then stay far, far away. There are plenty of clinics that actually know what they're doing and don't treat cancer patients as a liability.”Read moreShow less

“I've always had issues with getting a sense of satisfaction after a session with a chiropractor, and I've seen at least 4 in my lifetime... Dr. V has left me actually feeling far better than I've EVER felt leaving a chiropractor's office, and I'm hugely looking forward to seeing him again... I'd TOTALLY recommend him to anyone that needs some help. And Jay was very (updated this typo) accommodating and helpful.. these people seem very professional, and clearly want to help. I live far away, but it's worth the 45 min drive.”Read moreShow less
