“Amazing physio place. Found here through an acquaintance recommendation. Had a rough shoulder injury due to my workouts. Brian was professional and knowledgeable during every session. He was also patient enough to explain to me the intricacies on how each exercise will improve my condition. Post healing sessions we focused on how to prevent this type of injury in the future. Would definitely recommend anyone to check this place out if you are in need of a good physio clinic!”Read moreShow less

“I started seeing Brian last summer to improve my volleyball game as a libero. After a thorough assessment, he explained that we needed to focus on building my lower body strength. He created a program just for me, and I saw him weekly for a few months leading up to tryouts. I can honestly feel and see the progress — I’m stronger, quicker, and more confident on the court. Brian is super supportive and really knows his stuff.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been seeing Brian for over a year now for a range of issues, from shoulder tension caused by my desk job to sports training related injuries. After trying multiple other physiotherapists, I’ve had the most success with him by far. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to understand the root cause, and his treatments are consistently effective. I’ve seen real, lasting improvements rather than just temporary relief. I’ve since referred my husband to Brian as well, and he’s also had great results with his sports related injuries. We both highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable physiotherapist.”Read moreShow less

“Brian is fantastic. He’s helped me prehab and rehab from two (soon to be three) surgeries. He’s thorough, patient, and professional. At Physio Theory he uses numerous measurements to see how real progress is being made. His clinic is in its beginning phases and he’s already got more tools than most clinics, it’s clear he’s interested in making sure he has the tools to provide meaningful feedback and guidance. I’m excited to see how he continues to expand and add capabilities.”Read moreShow less
