“First time at physio ever. I was scared. Anastasia was so wonderful. Kind considerate and listens to the client. She understood that Fibromyalgia is all over pain so she kept the pressure of the physio softer. Thank you to the front desk staff and Anastasia.”

“They are very unprofessional…….. I took an appointment confirmed the date and time and when I wanted to go for my appointment they just changed the time of the appointment without my consent. Also when I said that I was busy at that time of the day they just wanted to give the appointment after 2 weeks. As it was my fault….. instead of apologizing and giving me another appointment any time soon they just wanted to give me an appointment in 2 weeks… this was one of the worst experiences ever.
