I have been suffering from low back pain, spasams and tension for almost 30 years. I was fortunate to find Priya Chopra and I honestly cannot say enough. Until the morning I met her I was in constant pain from getting in and out of my car, tying my shoes, getting off the couch and just basic living. From the very FIRST visit Priya took the time to assess and explain exactly what was causing my constant pain and what she was going to do with every step. She was so patient with me and my questions and fears. She listened! After first session, I was feeling so much better. By the 3rd visit I can say that I no longer have pain. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, gentle, and empathetic to the needs of her patients.

I have been seeing George for only a month now and have seen more progress with my knees than I did in 6 months at my last clinic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, very skilled functionally and super friendly. I very strongly recommend his services to anyone in need of physiotherapy

I came to George Rofail with a torn ankle from a football injury, worried I’d be sidelined for a long time. From the first session, his treatment plan was clear and easy to follow, and he explained every step so I always knew why we were doing what we were doing. George is incredibly patient and clearly knows his craft inside and out. He’s dedicated to getting it right, not just getting you through the motions. Thanks to his care, I got back on the pitch faster than I expected. Highly recommend him to any athlete dealing with an injury.

I have been going to this Physio Clinic for the past several years and the staff is amazing! Super friendly - Simone at the desk is awesome and the physiotherapist Priya was lovely. She asked all the questions and was a good listener! Only then did she actually work on me. Highly recommend!

I had previously undergone pelvic floor therapy at another clinic and experienced some success, so when it was recommended that I try it again, I was a bit hesitant. I'm so glad I decided to follow through! Ansu is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. From the very first visit, she took the time to understand my concerns and guided me through a personalized treatment plan to strengthen my pelvic floor. With each session, I was able to progress to more challenging exercises and gain confidence in my abilities. Thanks to Ansu's expertise and encouragement, I now have zero concerns regarding my pelvic floor health. I am truly grateful for her guidance, patience, and support throughout the entire process. Thank you, Ansu, for helping me achieve such positive results! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very disappointed with my experience with Physio Sports Med of Oakville. Before requesting a referral from my doctor, I specifically contacted the clinic and confirmed that they handled my back-related concerns and issues. Based on that confirmation, my doctor and his team promptly sent the referral. Initially, I was told they had not received the referral. Only after repeated follow-ups was I later informed that they actually had received it, but would now be denying it because they supposedly do not deal with my condition after all. At no point did the clinic proactively contact me to confirm receipt of the referral or provide any update. Given the conflicting information and lack of communication, it honestly felt as though the referral was never going to be entertained from the start. I am currently dealing with significant pain, and the days lost because of this confusion could have been spent getting referred to the appropriate specialist or clinic instead. This situation wasted not only my time, but also the valuable time and effort of my doctor and his staff. What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of apology, accountability, or acknowledgment for the misinformation and inconvenience caused. Our healthcare system needs better accountability and communication, especially when patients are already struggling and waiting in pain.

My experience with doctor Erika Orlandi was truly impressive . What professionalism and honesty she showed in assessing my condition. Never in all this years I have lived in Canada have dealt with a doctor like her. Her Time and dedication were admirable, and her recommendations helped me understand how to deal with my health issues. She is an excellent doctor, very professional and honest, and above all, very compassionate and empathetic. Thank you again doctor Erika !

I know Dr. Erica Orlandi for many years, and every time when I neeeded her, she was available and ready to see me. She is always very dedicated and very professional. I always leave better than I came, due to her knowledge and work. I am really grateful to have her as my chiropractor.

This clinic seems to be more interested in your money more than your health. Very aggressive… Had an appointment booked for yesterday. Called the office just before heading over to confirm that I have a valid health card but not the physical copy just a photo of it on my phone. They said that they actually required the physical copy. Makes no sense in this age of online info. Simply plugging in my health card number into the provincial database they can see it’s valid. But due to their antiquated policy THEY cancelled my appointment and I rebooked for another day. I accepted that but then I got an email from my referring family doctor of a letter sent to them indicating that I was a “no show”! This is not accurate as usually a “no show” is someone that skips their appointment without any notice. Then on top of that they actually had the gall to charge me a $120 fee for missing an appointment they cancelled! Very bad business decision to say the least. Lost me as a patient, lost my referrals, and received this review…well done.

I’ve been seeing Tricia Hayton for a while now for various issues, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her expertise and care. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and tailors each session to my specific needs. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my condition, and I always leave feeling better. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist!
