“I have had of being a patient of Lisa’s since 2018. She worked at my company’s health centre at the time and was highly regarded. Lisa and I had many physiotherapy sessions and I improved in my areas. In 2024, Lisa introduced me to Cassidy who is part of the Physio Reset team and we started working on balance, posture and core exercises. Cassidy’s bubbly and fun personality have helped me immensely improve In many areas just like Lisa did. With the continued help of Lisa and Cassidy I feel I’m taking a step in the right direction and can’t thank them enough for everything they do for me. Physiotherapy as we know is a life long journey. I look forward to my sessions with Cassidy on the days that I have her and I know Lisa is just a phone call away if I need her. Physio reset has helped me in so many ways.
