“I went in for a problem with my balance. I am 75 and had vestibular surgery that made one ear deaf. This place offers vestibular therapy with a professional. I finally found the help I needed!”

“I am putting 1 star, not for the services received or for the staff, but for the misinformation on the website. On the website, there is a whole section about "services" and it mentions that they have the dry needling service (poncture physiotherapique aiguilles seches), but when I called to inquire about this service, they tell me that none of their three clinics offer this service...so why put it on the website and mislead people?”Read moreShow less

“I sent an email explaining my condition and asked for a physio appointment. A friend of mine did the same on the same day, later than me. He got an email for appointment while I was still waiting. I feel discriminated since my request was in english and his in french. If I could give zero, I would have, to their customer service. I cannot say anything regarding how good the physio specialists are. Edited Jan28th 2025: Your response is clearly not true and only empty words, as my friend was given multiple availabilities on same day he sent the request (on same week) While for me three days after, I received an email asking to call you instead. I was not even given the availability. Not even for weeks later. By that time, my friend had his initial appointment even re-escheduled and done before I got the email response. I simply rather go further places and even more expensive ones than come to you guys in the future.”Read moreShow less

“Very happy with the service here! I’ve been having groin pain for over a year and have been to many professionals (family doctor, sport doctor and several physio therapists) however no one was able to tell me the reason for my pain until I saw the osteopath at your clinic. Finally I got an explanation and a proper treatment that actually helped relieve some of my pain. Unfortunately I am moving and would not be able to continue my treatment at your clinic but I am very happy that I started my treatment with you! “Great place to do your Physio. The treatment has been great. The strength recovery was slow at first, but after a few months the shoulder is coming back. The delay seemed to be normal in these cases.”
