“This massage by Janelle Plamondon was the best experience I could have at this point in my 71 years. She re-opened my connection with my crown chakra, something I had completely forgot about since becoming a grandmother (being absorbed in the lives of my offspring for the last 15 years!) “I booked an appointment over the phone 2 weeks ago. I scheduled work meetings and a blood test around this appointment. When I arrived this morning for the appointment, I was told that it had been changed to a different DAY and TIME! They charge $40 for a missed appointment but they can reschedule without notification?? Unacceptable. Horrible service.”
