“As an avid gym goer I've seen my share of injuries. Having unsuccessfully tried several clinics in the past, I was fortunate to have found Physio in the Six. “My Doctor recommended that I see a Physiotherapist to treat an injury. Luckily, Physio In The Six was in my neighbourhood so I stopped in and made an appointment. Being my first physiotherapy experience, I didn't know what to expect and was a little hesitant. At my first appointment, I met Christopher Lam, the Physiotherapist who would treat my injury. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly put me at ease. He developed a treatment plan, exercises, and schedule that effectively addressed my injury. “I love that Physio in The Six Inc. is in my neighbourhood and it is very convenient to get to. The space is open and inviting and the treatment rooms are spacious. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I followed my Naturopathic doctor, Dr. Mary Galic to Physio in The Six when she relocated her practice to this location. I have been a patient of Dr. Galic since 2011. I feel very lucky to have found her and I continue to see her on a regular basis. She has guided me over the years and her recommendations for alternative forms of plant based have kept me healthy. She performs this wonderful massage called Bowen and it melts the stress away.
