“Physio In Motion is great! I've been in quite a few times for massage therapy (Vicki Duguay). I had a problem with one arm and shoulder which was preventing me from driving, working, or just enjoying life. Vicki knew exactly which muscles to work on and found problems I didn't even know I had! She's wonderful. And everyone there is really friendly and helpful. I'm now "back to normal" and so very thankful for Vicki's expertise. I'll go now and then to keep those muscles in good working order, but the pain is gone. “I have two bulging discs in my lower back, spinal stenosis, arthritis, and sciatica. all of which kept me in constant pain. i went to see Pam and within a couple of weeks I could feel the difference in my functioning. My sciatica disappeared and now I can do many things that would cause me a lot of pain previously. i am more mobile and getting stronger. She has given me exercises that i can do anytime I have any pain to deal with it. Pam has helped to change my life. I cannot thank her enough for giving me back my mobility and my life. “I've been going to see Pam off and on for years, whenever I have a bad flare up with my vertigo. Every time, she gets me back on track, from not being able to walk straight across a room, to being able to live life to the fullest. Without fail, I'm able to regain my quality of life after a handful of sessions. You need to be willing to put in the work at home as well, but Pam gives you the tools needed to be able to do that. And, no matter how long it has been since the last time I needed an appointment, she always makes time to see me.
