“Absolutely disgraceful, incompetent, and abusive clinic! Avoid at all costs! I contacted this clinic in severe pain, urgently needing physiotherapy. They explicitly assured me that my insurance would be fully covered and instructed me not to go anywhere else. Relying on their professional word, I waited for 10 straight days while my physical pain worsened, only to have my critical time completely wasted. After 10 days of agony, they casually turned around and told me they "made a mistake" and wouldn't accept my insurance. When I rightfully tried to hold them accountable for their massive blunder and the delay in my treatment, the staff responded with shocking hostility and utter insolence. Instead of apologizing, they were incredibly rude, spoke to me with disgusting disrespect, and vulgarly hung up the phone in my face! This is not a professional healthcare center; it is a chaotic place with zero medical ethics and basic human decency. They treated me with complete contempt just because I demanded accountability. I am deeply appalled by this experience and will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory boards and health authorities.
