“For years I have gone to PhysioFirst to have a variety of problems treated. Lately I have been one of Yara’s patients. Not only has she fixed my problems, she also made me aware of the cause of the problems and suggested the perfect exercises to minimize the risks of them coming back. “When I threw my back out with a herniated disc I went here with my dad. The staff took the time to assess the issue and taught my dad what to do at home and relatively quickly my back was fixed! “Having had a poor experience with physiotherapy in the past, I was somewhat skeptical some years ago about accepting a recommendation for Physiofirst from another health care worker. I need not have worried. After many years of putting my various injured body parts into Physiofirst's hands, I can attest to this practice being first rate. From the front desk to the therapists, all are uniformly kind, helpful, efficient, and professional. I can honestly say that currently Yara has kept me on my feet after unexpected bouts of vertigo, a pulled hamstring and serious shoulder pain.
