“Went here for about 12 weeks under the WSIB. I received excellent treatment and a level of care that exceeds some out of pocket physiotherapy experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend their physio (Angeli) to anyone, and definitely for WSIB cases.”

“I am 79 years old. A year ago, I overextended myself in fall clean-up and putting the garden to bed for winter. I have degenerating spinal disks and had aggravated them to the point where I had to crawl up stairs on my hands and knees. I try not to take potions or painkillers so sleeping at night was only sporadic. Fortunately, my family doctor recommended Karen to me for physiotherapy. The exercises she gave me were gentle and effective, and she gave me a thorough rationale for every one of them as we worked through a progression of strength and flexibility moves. I am not the most diligent of exercisers, but I plugged away at it. Gradually, I was able to sit and stand, walk and bend with less and less pain. Now, almost a year later, I stand up more easily, walk without a cane and climb the stairs again (using the lift I had installed mainly for carrying loads). I can sit through a play without undue discomfort, work in the garden for short periods, and my balance keeps improving. All because of Karen. She transformed my life. Thank you, Karen.”

“I just had a thorough back massage with Amanda. I came in, in a lot of pain and she worked me hard. She made me hurt in a lot of places, but managed to get rid of a lot of knots in my butt cheeks and all over my back. I left in no pain at all and hopefully with the exercises she has given me, I should be on my way to a recovery. So I am very satisfied so far. I will probably need more visits, but so far that felt very good. Thanks Amanda”

“This place is so awesome ! The place is very clean and neat . The staff and the management are very friendly and they work with you regarding your needs . I come to this place for different treatments . Lately Dr. Tharmarajah has been fantastic in helping me get to the root cause of my health needs . She is very warm , kind and extremely patient . I had an excellent Acupuncture done by her . She was very helpful explaining to me what the steps are involved in this . I highly recommended her , if you want to see someone in Naturopathic medicine . All the other staff and doctors are awesome too . Keep up the good work !”
