“My partner suggested I book an appointment with their osteopath Joanie, I had terrible pain in my neck, shoulder, elbow & dumbness in my right hand The appointment went well & helped. Joanie sought the advice of the other professionals & told me that I had a herniated disc in my neck & that I should book an appointment with their physiotherapist Caroline Lebeau which I did. Caroline after asking me to do some exercises while sitting got down to business. Caroline got to work on my neck while lying on her massage table. After the 1/2 hour I found relief. Wow! I realize that I will have to have more appointments with Caroline to make this injury go away. I found the team at Physio des Collines to be very helpful & professional.”
