“PhysioCare at home has been a godsend for me. After years (yes, YEARS) of inactivity following a motorcycle accident I bit the bullet and set up an appointment. I did not know what to expect and was concerned that my physical condition wouldn’t even allow me to participate in physio at all. Andrea Kingston has been wonderful. “As a family, we have been extremely fortunate to work with a Physio in North Vancouver who sees my 92-year-old mother two times per week and has been a key member of her health care team for the past 2 1/2 years. Even though Mom is in a wheelchair, the combination of cognitive and physical exercises support her limited mobility, muscle strength and most importantly her emotional well-being. The physio what was sent to our home put my husband, who as Alzheimer's, immediately at ease. She made the assessment exercises fun and low stress.
