“I have chronic pain and have been seeing Jamie on and off for a number of years. She is the best!! She is extremely observant of my every movement...sometimes I think I’m doing not too bad and she stands me in front of the mirror and points out my compensations or “cheats”. By the end she has me go back to the mirror and recheck...it’s amazing!! She is fun and non judgemental. I always leave feeling better not only physically but emotionally.
