We met with Rajiv Vase regarding my son’s foot/ankle. His attention to detail and level of care he took with us was top notch. You can tell he really cares deeply about his patients and helping them create a plan to help them reach their mobility goals. We are very happy to have found him!

Arthur is beyond knowledgeable. He is the one and only physiotherapist that is able to pin point the root causes and pretty much fixes my weakest links. Professional and friendly. Thank you!

Mena, is exceptional. Her knowledge of the body, combined with her skills in massage therapy and acupuncture, is truly impressive. She has an intuitive ability to pinpoint areas of tension and discomfort. Every treatment is thoughtful, personalized, and effective. She genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being, and it shows in every session. I always leave feeling lighter, stronger, and on the road to healing. I can’t recommend her enough

I had a great first experience at Physical Edge Physiotherapy. Everyone was friendly and professional, and my physiotherapist took the time to understand my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and left feeling confident about my treatment plan. I would definitely recommend them.

Our physiotherapist Mary is amazing! I came in with a T7 issue, and with just a couple of treatments and stretching tips I felt so much better, and can breathe normally again! She’s also helped both our daughters heal from their sports injuries. She takes her time to explain and educate us so we can understand her method of treatment. She’s knowledgeable, thorough and makes sure you leave feeling a lot better with tools to set you up for long term success. Our whole family (there’s 4 of us) come to her for all of our physiotherapy appointments! Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had a very pleasant and helpful interaction with Adrienne who is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent therapy. I would be remiss not to include all the staff in my praise. I would recommend Physical Edge Physiotherapy.

Last year I developed a strained and inflamed tendon in my wrist. My doctor recommend Physical Edge and I’m happy I followed through. For the last few months I’ve been working with Arthur Nolasco, and I’m happy to say I’m almost fully recovered. Arthur’s deep experience shone though, with a thoughtful assessment and clear instructions for DIY exercises for me to do on my own. Step by step the pain diminished and my mobility returned. Injuries can be tough, but if you reading this then you probably know exactly what I mean, so book yourself and appointment with these guys and get yourself on the path to recovery.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for almost 10 years now, and at this point it’s the only place I’d ever go for physio. From the very beginning, everyone has been so welcoming and easy to talk to. They actually listen to what’s going on and take the time to figure out what will work best for you, instead of just rushing you through an appointment. I’ve gone in for a mix of things over the years, from concussion treatment, sports injuries, to a knee injury from a skiing accident, and every time I’ve left feeling better and more confident about my recovery. I also have to shout out some of the amazing people there, Mena, the massage therapist, is incredible and always knows exactly what needs attention. The physiotherapists, Mary, Arthur, and Adrienne, are all so knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your progress. And of course Nancy, the owner, has built such a warm, professional, and supportive environment you can really feel it the moment you walk in. What really stands out to me is how consistent they are. After all this time, the level of care has never changed it’s always been thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely supportive. You can tell they really care about their patients and want to help you feel your best long-term, not just in the moment. I’ve recommended this clinic to so many people over the years, and I’ll keep doing it. If you’re looking for a physio clinic where you actually feel taken care of, this is the place.

I am so impressed with the expertise at this clinic! I was recommended to come here and I am so happy I did! I see Sasha and she is so amazing with her therapy. The clinic also has recovery yoga which I just started. I cannot praise this clinic and their expertise enough. And the Office Manager is so very kind and helpful! Thank you!

I have been seeing Sasha Guay for about a year following a severe knee injury (grade 3 tears of two ligaments). A year later, I’m back to skiing, and my injured knee feels much better than I had ever hoped for. It’s not exactly the same as it was before the injury, but it’s close enough that I can get through the day without pain and participate fully in the physical activities I enjoy. Sasha is knowledgeable, thorough, and accessible (for example, she is responsive to follow-up questions). She reads her patients very well, including their psychological state, and adapts her approach accordingly. This aspect cannot be underestimated: recovery from a severe injury—and the therapy sessions and exercises that come with it—can be gruelling. She has a real ability to motivate patients when they’re running out of mental and/or physical steam. At the same time, she took a very conservative approach, introducing new phases of treatment only when I was truly ready for them. I credit my recovery to a large extent to her professional skill and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a physiotherapist. The clinic itself has very friendly staff and a broad range of practitioners across multiple disciplines. It is also, in my experience, one of the better-equipped PT clinics in terms of exercise modalities, allowing you to practice your prescribed exercises on site and receive immediate corrective feedback before going home. Edit: One thing that stood out to me is how punctual the clinic is. Because appointments consistently run on time, the waiting area is small—but in practice this reflects efficient scheduling rather than a lack of space, and waiting has been minimal in my experience.
