“My 3 yr old daughter doesn’t usually talk to doctors. But she loved Dr. Randhawa. She was so good with her. My daughter had a great time which is saying a lot. On top of that the expertise provided was thoughtful and thorough. I feel she’s giving my daughter the best eye health solutions. The staff there is just as kind and friendly and informed. They also were considerate of our budget which was very appreciated. They were on time and it seems like they’re actively working on that. Will definitely be back.”

“Dr.Randhawa was excellent and although not covered by extended health, the vision therapy was life changing and worth every penny. No other optometrist caught my binocular vision dysfunction that was becoming a daily challenge of eye fatigue and strain. With the short term commitment, and a willingness to be consistent and learn, I have sustained all the benefit having not done the exercises in a year.”

“Dr Randhawa is incredible. She is so caring, attentive, kind and skilled at what she does. She is one of the rare medical professionals these days that actually takes a personal interest in her patients and goes the extra mile. Her staff is exceptionally friendly. I came across her when I got hit as a pedestrian at a crosswalk, and her care has been exceptional. The vision retraining that her clinic offers is second to none. It actually made a difference in 6 sessions. Sadly, I required 24 sessions, but ICBC's new no fault system simply doesn't provide the care that medical professionals prescribe to make recovery possible. I feel if I had the chance to continue, I would have been able to make huge strides with my vision issues. Thank you so much for all that you do for me, and for all your patients. “There are an over-abundance of eye doctors, but this one stands out from the crowd. Dr. Randhawa is well trained, listens, and takes a careful approach, therefore this place can be packed with people at peak times. The new larger store has a modern feel and offers the basic selection of entry level value to designer frames. This a family friendly practice with tea, coffee, water (sometimes some refreshments offered at various times). Parking is much improved over their former 'Killarney Market' mall location. (June 2018) Update: With a store expansion and added vision services, efficiency and customer service has been affected, so wait times are very long. #LetsGuide”
