“I had a wonderful experience at PRT today. First off I love the location, the facility is clean and modern. Dr Peyton was pleasant and knowledgeable. The assessment was thorough, I have lots of work to do but she made it fun. Very personable. She checked to see how pressure was which I appreciate. She gave me Homework and I’ll definitely be working on that daily so I can come back and share my progress at my next appointment. “I have been under Pankti’s care as my physiotherapist, and the experience has been excellent. She is highly professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients. From the very beginning, she took the time to thoroughly assess and diagnose my condition, and clearly explained the treatment plan. Her and her team’s approach to care is both knowledgeable and precise, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. After just two sessions, I already noticed significant improvement, which really speaks to her expertise and effectiveness. The office staff are also outstanding—friendly, organized, and efficient. Booking appointments is easy, and they are great with follow-ups, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The team is also very personable and easy to communicate with. “I had an excellent experience today with Dr. Kevin Nguyen at Performance Recovery Therapy (East York location). I came in with a shoulder injury that had been causing me a lot of discomfort, and the care I received was outstanding. Dr. Nguyen took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, explain what was going on, and walk me through the treatment plan. His approach was both professional and reassuring, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about helping his patients recover properly not just providing a quick fix. The treatment itself was very effective, and I left the appointment already feeling improvement.
