“Not having required the expertise of a chiropractor prior to now, I haven't much to offer by way of comparison to other clinics; but I have, however, been treated by doctors across Canada at numerous clinics for various reasons. I feel I can say with a certain level of certainty that Dr. Hwang and the associates at Performance Health are among the best. From the ease with which I scheduled an appointment for the following day, to the pleasant interactions (that included enjoyable banter) with the front-of-house staff, to the efficiency of their direct billing process; I couldn't be more satisfied. Regarding the treatment provided by Dr. Hwang, I will say that I felt thoroughly understood, and I left feeling informed and hopeful about my body's future. It's reassuring to know that I'm in the capable hands of a thoughtful doctor who values patients' time, and a team that creates a warm and welcoming environment. Normally you don't arrive somewhere broken and they fix you by cracking you, yet here we are! Haha!”
